Team USA held off a super performance from Spain to bring home the Gold by the score of 118 to 107. Team USA was only up by 4 with just 2 minutes left to play, but strong defense and critical execution prevailed as Baltimore's own Carmelo Anthony stated triumphantly after the game (in heavy BMore accent), "This is America, this is how we ball son."

1 Response to "Team USA is Golden once again..."This was a GREAT basketball game. For anyone who didn't see it, don't let that score fool you. Spain came to hoop, and they have some cats who did some serious work (Gasol, Navarro, and Rudy Fernandez, to name a few). USA had to earn this one, but the gold is back where it belongs, thank..GOD.
