Let me see if I've got this straight. My Bengals put their franchise tag on Shayne Graham (who?), the kicker?!?! and let Houshmandzadeh, their only All Pro player, go.
It takes a special skill set to achieve one winning season in the last 17. You can't just luck into that kind of record, be it positive or negative.
