- The same way they've been winning, like you said, "slugging" their way past the boys in blue.. NY's "Boys in Blue" will get the same treatment.. It's probably harder to repeat in the MLB than any other league but as Chase Utley said and Reverend Paul Revere quoted, "I like our chances." I look for Hamels to bounce back and for Lee to do what he's been doing, (2-1 against NYY with a 3.20 ERA in the past 3 years).

I've been a J. Roll fan since he entered the league (back in my baseball playing days, he came in as at second base, a position I mastered as a Little Leaguer) and the Phills have been my team to root for when the Giants aren't playing. Games 4 and 5 showed how different this team is from a year ago, and the results are the same. Last year they overwhelmed the Dodgers with their pitching, this year it was with the bats. A Phils-Yanks series is imminent. It's going to be some fireworks in that one. Next week is going to be Christmas for me.
