I would have rather seen the stars suspend him. It would have happened anyway. What an ass. The great thing is that he went to the cameras. However, the team has every right to suspend a player who makes comments that are embarrassing and detrimental to the team.<BR/><BR/>The First Amendment prohibits the government from putting restrictions on free speech. This does not apply to businesses. Private companies can require that employees don't make ugly, embarrassing or libelous remarks. <BR/><BR/>If I had an employee who said derogatory things about me or another co-worker and I felt it was disruptive and hurt morale, I would set things straight, no doubt!<BR/><BR/>Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
